Any of our products can be customised for an event, and many come in sample and mini sizes too.

What is the difference between Fragrance Oils and Essential Oils?

Essential oils are naturally derived oils that can be used across our range. They are concentrated liquids derived from plant matter. This is worth keeping in mind if you are creating a skin product, as many people can have reactions to oils extracted from plants they have an allergy or sensitivity to. Essential oils are not recommended for use in candles. Most essential oils can become volatile and toxic when used in candles and lose their therapeutic benefits. That being said – if you are set on using essential oils in your candles, that is your choice and we are happy to customise to your needs. Fragrance oils are derived from a blend of natural aromatic compounds, including essential oils, absolutes and resins, mixed with a carrier oil in a reproduced man-made scientific formulation. They can be less likely to cause allergic reactions. They are also available in a much wider range of options too. Fragrance oils can be used in any of our products.

How do I view wholesale pricing?

Log in, navigate to the product you are interested in, and select the variation you want to see the pricing of. This could be the size or the colour selection. Once selected the tiered pricing option for that selection will appear.

How do I see your full custom and wholesale price list?

Click “Sign Up”, fill in the form, you will then get instant access to our portal. Navigate to the product you are interested in, and select the variation you want to see the pricing of. This could be the size or the colour selection. Once selected the tiered pricing option for that selection will appear.

Are your scents, colours and designs customisable?

Yes, absolutely! We have worked super hard to make it as easy as possible for you to customise a product. Navigate to the product you want to customise, select your size and/or colour choice, type in how many units you want, and then customise.

Can I create my own fragrance?

Absolutely! If you can’t find a fragrance that you like then you can choose to create your own. To learn more about this click here.

Can I customise the products?

Yes! Each product has it’s own customisation options. You will be able to customise the fragrance of most of our products. For some of them, you can also customise the colour and the add-ins (such as botanicals or gold leaf). If you want to make changes to the base formula, then you will need to go down the Custom Formulation route. To learn more about this click here.

Can I order a sample?

Absolutely! You can just navigate to the product you want to sample and select your options.

Can I purchase personalised wedding favours?

Yes, of course you can! You can personalise the label on any of our products. You can either use our professional design service or create your own labels on Canva or similar. No need to create an account, just go to the product you want, type in the quantity you want to order first, then go through our customisation options.

Can you provide me with the certificates and documentation needed to sell overseas?

Yes, we can support you with this! However it is your responsibility to ensure everything is done and submitted correctly, and to the right authorities. It is also your responsibility to ensure labels are to standard for the country you wish to sell the products in, and you have any relevant certifications needed.
